MEGA BLOKS 3-in-1 sets compared

Four boxes, twelve models. A quick look at each 3-in-1 set and the kind of preschooler it suits.

How a 3-in-1 works

Each box has around 25 big blocks and a picture guide for three different models. A child builds the first, takes it apart, and builds the next from the same blocks. By the third, most children start changing the design on their own, which is the whole point.

The four sets

The Build & Chomp T-Rex is for dinosaur fans. The Build & Go Race Car is for children who never stop driving. The Build & Enchant Unicorn and the Rolling Kitten suit animal lovers.

Making the sets go further

Two 3-in-1 boxes together make bigger creatures and stranger vehicles. Add a building bag and the models get scenery: a cave for the T-Rex, a road for the race car. Our guide for 3-year-olds has more ideas.

Quick answers

Can a 3-in-1 set build all three models at once?

No. The three models use the same blocks, so they are built one at a time.

Are 3-in-1 sets good gifts?

Yes. They are compact, well priced and suit a preschooler's birthday or holiday.
